Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Partial Refunds In cases where the rental is canceled after the vehicle has been picked up or after the rental period has started, refunds will be assessed based on the duration used, and any additional fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees, such as service fees, processing fees, or optional insurance coverage, may be non-refundable.
Refund Process To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
